Plans for the Immingham Green Energy Terminal (IGET) in North East Lincolnshire have been approved, paving the way for a major hub for alternative fuels and green hydrogen production in the UK.
The Immingham Green Energy Terminal (IGET), developed by Associated British Ports (ABP) in partnership with Air Products, will facilitate the import and export of bulk liquids, including ammonia, which will be converted into green hydrogen for UK refuelling stations.
