These are the Copyright, Terms of Use, and Privacy Guidelines under which the Green Hydrogen Innovation Centre (“GHIC”) portal may be accessed.

Using this portal indicates the User’s acceptance to be bound by the Copyright, Terms of Use, and Privacy Guidelines. The Partners (as defined below) reserve the right to amend, change, or alter these guidelines at any time and it is the duty of the User to read the guidelines or its amendments at any time prior to accessing the website.

The GHIC Website is the property of the Secretariat of the International Solar Alliance (“ISA”), Asian Development Bank (“ADB”), Ministry of New and Renewable Energy (“MNRE”), (collectively, the “Partners”). The logos of GHIC, ISA, ADB, MNRE may be downloaded for the limited purpose of viewing the website or printing the information. For all other purposes, prior authorisation of the ISA Secretariat is required before using or reproducing the logo of the Partners. Requests for permission should be sent to the Communications and Outreach team at communications@isolaralliance.org.

The GHIC website provides various services and projects to improve User experience. These are subject to change in accordance with these Terms of Use.

All official texts, data and documents, including all forms of webcast transmissions, are in the public domain and may be freely downloaded, copied and printed provided no change to the content is introduced, and the source is duly acknowledged

Extracts of information, reports and documents are the copyright of the respective Partner or author of the extract, report or document.
