Solar Energy Corp. of India Ltd (SECI) intends to issue second tender for setting up 450,000 mtpa [metric tonnes per annum] production facilities for green hydrogen and/or its derivatives in India under the Strategic Interventions for Green Hydrogen Transition (SIGHT) Scheme.
