Singapore and Japan have signed a memorandum of cooperation (MoC) to explore green fuels including ammonia and hydrogen as part of efforts to ramp up maritime decarbonisation.
Chee Hong Tat, Acting Minister for Transport, and Saito Tetsuo, Minister of Land, Infrastructure, Transport and Tourism, signed the MoC.
