Australia’s Hazer Group is looking to supply technology to a 2,500 tonne per year commercial hydrogen production facility in Canada after successfully completing 100 hours of operation with its methane pyrolysis technology.
Hazer has signed a binding project development agreement (PDA) with FortisBC Energy to pursue the development of a hydrogen production facility in British Columbia that will utilise the pyrolysis technology to produce up to 2,500 tonnes of hydrogen and around 9,500 tonnes of graphite per year.
